  1. This book word of mouth teaches about marketing, not the marketing which we all know about. How to make others talk about your product or company, Word of mouth marketing is free, in order word of mouth to work we have to do something that is worth taking. He also gives very good examples how words of mouth marketing works and also how it can back fire at us, if we are not careful with it. He also tells us that marketing is not doing TV AD with big stars and all. It about the buyer who will talk about your product. There are many thing we can learn from this book. I will recommend this book for people who are running and want to run a business.
